Brevard.

This past weekend, Chad, Oliver and I went to the mountains for a long weekend with my best friends from college and their families. We met at this friend's parent's house in Brevard. We arrived Friday and left Monday afternoon. It was less than a two hour drive for us, which was wonderful! It was such a good, long, relaxing weekend. The girls were able to catch up while the boys played guitar hero, and we did lots of other things too like go into town for lunch and shopping, played a bunch of games, relaxed by the fire, and went chasing waterfalls...or something like that. It was by far the coldest weekend of the winter thus far, and we even woke up on Sunday to a winter wonderland which, of course, was melted by noon. Ah, the south. It was so much fun to spend this time with friends, and I can't wait for many more weekends like this in the future...especially as we watch our families grow!
